All prices are listed in $AUD. For international customers, please be sure to check with your bank regarding foreign transaction fees, as currency rates are constantly changing.
We accept payments via credit card, Paypal, and other external methods of payment (ApplePay, GooglePay etc.) We also accept direct bank transfer for Australian customers. Once you have selected this method of payment, please wait for an email with our bank information. Your order will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
Shipping prices are dependent on your location, and may vary depending on which item is purchased. All items ship from NSW, Australia.
As with all postal services, unexpected delays can occur from time to time, particularly during peak periods such as Christmas. Ocean Alchemy will do whatever we can to help trace delayed parcels.
Domestic orders are generally shipped between 5-7 business days. Tracking number can be provided upon request.
International orders are generally shipped between 10-15 business days. Customs processing times do vary and standard shipments can take up to 4-5 weeks (this is uncommon). Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Please be aware of any country specific import regulations or duty fees/taxes that might be imposed on your items as we are not liable for these. Customs policies vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Prices do not include VAT and is something we are unable to predict or control.
Ocean Alchemy pride ourselves on our products, and strive to deliver the advertised items as promised. However, should you not be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to repair, exchange, or refund as long as it is within 14 days of purchase.
Exchanges and refunds are accepted so long as the product in question is "as new", and returned in an acceptably packaged satchel or box. "As new" refers to a product that is unworn, unwashed, and preferably in its original packaging.
Faulty items will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the Ocean Alchemy team.
The cost of returning an item for a refund or exchange is your responsibility, unless you have been sent an incorrect item or the item is faulty. In this instance, Ocean Alchemy will refund the cost of return postage to you.
If you are returning an item for exchange, Ocean Alchemy will arrange postage of the new item at no cost to you.
The only items that are exempt from our refund policy are any of the Art items in the Photography section of our website. Due to the fact that they are print on demand, we are not accepting any cancellation or refund requests. Please ensure you have entered the correct address for delivery concerning these items, as orders returned as a result of an incorrect address will incur a re-shipping fee.
Personalised printing or embroidery will be delivered as written upon request. Should the customer enter the wrong information, misspell wording Ocean Alchemy will not be held accountable.
